THE MTA FOUNDATION IS RAISING FUNDS FOR 2022 SCHOLARSHIPS

The MTA Foundation is raising funds for 2022 Scholarships – supporting tomorrow’s truck drivers and diesel technicians!

Raul, one of our community & technical scholarship recipients from 2021, wrote:

“I want to thank Minnesota Trucking Association for this scholarship because it will help me keep going with my education. My plans are to keep going in my studies and finish my career as a Diesel Technician. My goals for the future are to finish the diesel program and to work to be able to buy a house and a nice truck.”

MTAF was able to disburse $30,500 in scholarships last year, mostly to our community & technical college partners. The colleges choose recipients who are both in need of financial assistance and most likely to finish the program.

Kari Rihm and Rihm Family Companies contribute to the foundation every year with the John Rihm Memorial Scholarship.
