WHEN DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO USE A LOANER HOOD DURING A REPAIR AND WHAT'S THE BENEFIT OF IT?

We are proud to be able to offer loaner hoods to some of our body shop customers. There is a limited supply of loaner hoods, but when available they can be used on Kenworth T680, T680 NextGen and W900 trucks. Any drivable trucks having body work done on their hood, that match the listed Kenworth models, are eligible to use a loaner hood, when available. WHAT DOES THE RIHM BODY SHOP USE TO FIX DAMAGED FRAMES THAT SEEM BEYOND REPAIR?

We have a chassis liner onsite at our Coon Rapids body shop that can be used to pull single or double walled frames back into place. This machine can sometimes save customers thousands of dollars that they would have spent completely replacing the truck's entire body. Works on all makes and models!

MY TRUCK JUST NEEDS ITS OLD PAINT JOB TOUCHED UP, CAN RIHM'S BODY SHOP DO THAT? 

Yes we can! Our painters can do anything from custom flames to simple touch-ups of chipped paint. Plus, since our body shop exclusively uses Axalta paint, which can be mixed to closely match the paint color of any make or model truck, we can even touch up paint work done somewhere else.

MY TRUCK JUST HAD PAINT WORK DONE AT RIHM. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING SPECIAL TO MAKE SURE IT LASTS?

Our body shop's paint provider, Axalta, recommends to use a mild detergent and to not wax your truck for the first 90- days after paint work is completed.
