Contactless Curbside Parts Pickup
We offer free parts delivery to most locations, and contactless curbside pickup for your convenience and safety. If you prefer curbside pickup, please place your order online (Online Parts Counter) or by phone and let us know you’d like to pick up your parts. If you choose curbside pickup, please call ahead so we know you will be coming and to confirm your parts are ready to be picked up. When you arrive, please park in front of the building (we will have signs directing you), call us to tell us you are here, and a parts representative will bring your parts out and load them in your vehicle for you. You don’t even have to get out of your vehicle!
Truck Sales Visits by Appointment
Some of our truck sales reps are working remotely. Please call your preferred location prior to arriving to see if a sales rep is in the office. We are also available by appointment and are happy to show you a truck or meet you outside our dealership at your request. All vehicles are sanitized prior to, and after, truck showings. Call to let us know if you are interested in scheduling an appointment with a sales rep.
Customer Lounges
Some of our customer lounges might be closed or limited to a certain number of guests inside due to the social distancing guidelines. If a customer lounge remains open for a limited number of guests, the lounge is sanitized after each guest departs. If a lounge is closed, we will help arrange a ride share to a local hotel for the day, and Rihm will take care of the bill. Overnight stays are at the customer’s expense. Please contact your local dealership prior to dropping off your vehicle for up-to-date information.
Social Distancing
All of our employees have been trained and instructed to abide by social distancing guidelines. Please be patient with us during these times as parts of our buildings might be closed to the public or you might be asked to practice social distancing yourself when you visit our dealerships.
