This week, NationaLease hosted our Human Resources Summit at the Venetian in Las Vegas, NV. With great speakers and engaging sessions, the Human Resources Summit was certainly an impactful meeting. 

Monday morning, Dean Vicha, President of NationaLease kicked off the meeting with the NationaLease State of the Union to share the initiatives NationaLease has been working on to support our members, as well as the Strategic Plan looking toward 2027.

Following the State of the Union session, Willow Sweeney, Best Selling Author and Founder of Top 20 Training shared the importance of social and emotional intelligence in organizational communication and culture.  JB Rihm, Vice President, Rihm NationaLease led an Idea Session where each member shared an idea that they have implemented in their company that has led to better results and efficiencies. 

After lunch, Steve Tyner, Vice President of Human Resources with Conway Beam NationaLease, led an interactive session on successful employee onboarding, and JB Rihm facilitated a roundtable discussion on management training programs, succession planning, and cross-training.  Michelle Momeyer, Senior Director, Jones Lang LaSalle led a DEI training workshop to help members navigate discussions around leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Kyle Hoyt, Associate, Jackson Lewis P.C. provided an employment law update to close out Monday's sessions.

Tuesday sessions began with a Member Services Update from Jane Clark, Vice President of Member Services, NationaLease, followed by the Best Practices Roundtable, facilitated by this year’s meeting chair, Sarah Eisenreich, HR Director with GATR NationaLease.
