Subscribers of TruckTech+ enjoy peace of mind that their truck’s performance and health are constantly being monitored. 

TruckTech+ provides factory installed telematics that can provide more than 800 fault code notifications for engine and aftertreatment. Once a fault is detected, the system not only alerts the driver, but also provides the three nearest Kenworth dealerships to aid in making a service location choice. Dealerships have access to TruckTech+ data on the vehicles they have sold, and customers can grant access to additional dealerships that they work with. 

TruckTech+ also features over-the-air updates for MX engine and aftertreatment software changes. With this feature, updates can be securely installed over the air in the field using a smartphone app and the PACCAR Solutions Portal.  Over-the-air updates improve uptime by providing flexibility on when and where software updates are completed.

Kenworth TruckTech+ comes standard on Class 8 vehicles and includes a two-year subscription to the service. The system is also available on Kenworth Class 5 – 7 vehicles as an option.
